Why are you using a wiki?
Using a wiki for proposal coordination means that every page can be edited/added to (there's a button at the top of each page to edit the content) or discussed (there's a button at the top of each page to leave comments without changing the content) and new pages can be created as long as you're signed in. All of which means that this space a is a collaborative effort to make this proposal amazing and to celebrate the amazing people that meester and I have in our lives. I'm really glad you're all here, and I want to thank you all for whatever participation you add to this wild scheme of mine.
What the hell is the "emthreecherry" username about?
The "emthree" is just M3 (acronym for marry me, meester) spelled out for no good reason, and the "cherry" is the kind of wood in meester's ring. In other words, I needed a username for this wiki that relates to the ideas I'm working off of, what I know about what I'm doing, and is in no way related to anything that meester might search for on the interwebs.
meester has been my nickname for him for about 4 years now, I don't know why, there's no story, but there you go, I call him meester, and yes, that's really what's engraved on the inside of his ring. intimidating is just a convenient name for me for anyone who knows me, meester tells me I'm intimidating when he means I'm being cute.
Why have I been sent here?
Well, you're close, related, or frequently in contact with meester or myself, and I want your help in pulling off this proposal. I love secrets, I love convoluted plans, I love big demonstrations, and I love meester. Traditional proposals are fabulously romantic, and traditional for a reason, and "let's just plan a wedding" engagements are fabulously practical and modern for a purpose, but I want something in between. I want your help in making that happen.
How can I help plan this proposal?
Read the pages, sign in, make edits, suggestions, and, most important, participate!
